The hotel, fully renovated in 2004, is located in a quiet neighbourhood, has easy access by public transport:
- by tram nr. 1 at the stop „Egressy ut”
- by underground M2 at the stop „Stadionok”
- by trolleybus nr. 75 and 77 at the stop „Szobranc köz”
Hotel Hid is an excellent starting-point of sightseeing tours in Budapest because the most important sights as the City Park, the Szechenyi Baths, the Museum of Fine Arts, the ZOO, the Vajdahunyad Castle and the Heroes’ Square are situated just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the Puskas Ferenc Stadion and the Budapest Arena which are important venues of concerts and sport events.
Hotel Hid offers 32 rooms: 4 single, 8 double, 12 triple and 8 four-bedded rooms are available for the guests. The hotel can accommodate 88 persons. The rooms have private bathroom (shower, WC) and are equipped with colour tv, telephone, radio, alarm-clock and fridge. The 4 single rooms are air-conditioned. Hairdryer and iron are at the guests’ disposal at the hotel reception.
The hotel has a drink bar for 30 persons where coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks are available for the guests.

Wellness weeks in Hungary - 2010-09-05
I have always liked Hungary because this is an amazing country and its thermal baths and wellness hotels are very famous. I visited more wellness hotels but this year I succeeded in staying so nice hotel where I haven't been yet. The fine hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and the walking on my last day made my stay unforgettable in Budapest. Thanks for the many information of your website. It was a wonderful experience to walk over the Chain Bridge and to admire some interesting views of the lightened Buda Castle, the Gellert Hill and the Liberty Statue.
